Our portable, lightweight tools and modular design allow quick assembly. You can easily fit Matts Arm tools in the crew’s work trailer so they can go anywhere your tower is located. They provide rigging headroom with far reach off the tower coupled with high lifting capacity. The design is in accordance with ANSI/TIA Standard 322 and the training per ANSI/TIA Standard A10.48.

Matt’s Arm lifting system can be purchased as an all inclusive kit of 6 Configurations 

Configuration 1

Monopole Mount with Mast Pipe

Enables the Hoisting Beam to work over the top of Monopoles, and it may rotate +/- 180 degrees.

Configuration 2

Monopole Mount without Mast Pipe

Enables the Hoisting Beam to work between sector mounts on Monopoles and may rotate +/- 90 degrees.

Configuration 3

Beam with Mast over top of a GT or SST on a Face Mount

Enables the Hoisting Beam to be face-mounted to either Guyed or Self-Support Towers (inside or outside the tower).

Configuration 4

Beam below the top of a GT/SST

Enables the Hoisting Beam to be face-mounted to either Guyed or Self-Support Towers.

Configuration 5

Beam on a Leg Mount that works over the top of a GT/SST

Enables the Hoisting Beam to be leg-mounted to either Guyed or Self-Support Towers.

Configuration 6

Beam on a Leg Mount that works below the top of a GT/SST

Enables the Hoisting Beam to be leg-mounted to either Guyed or Self-Support Towers.
